Legal security of purchase and sale of vessels
- Receipt of trustworthy information on a vessel (technical condition, confirmation of its class and conformity to classification requirements, availability of registered encum-brances and maritime liens) and the seller company, verification of rights of the seller company to the vessel;
- Participation in negotiations between the seller and the buyer;
- Assistance in finding an optimal plan of payments, transfers of the vessel, support of rights and interests of the parties;
- Assistance in carrying out of surveyor’s inspection of the vessel, including abroad;
- Making up of vessel sale/purchase contracts in accordance with the world practice and customs, and also preparation of other necessary documents;
- Provision of registration of the right of ownership to the vessel and receipt of all neces-sary technical and legal documents.
