- Carrying out of legal examination of contracts of mortgage of sea-going vessels, legal consulting in respect to the form and content of such contracts with an allowance for the requirements of the Russian and foreign legislations;
- Making up of contracts of mortgage;
- Legal reduction of the parties’ costs for notarization of contracts of mortgage;
- Making up and preparation of a full set of documents necessary for registration of mortgage of the vessel in Russian and foreign Registers of Shipping;
- Assistance in registration of contracts of mortgage of vessels in the state administra-tions of sea commercial and fishing ports, in foreign registers;
- Levy of execution on mortgaged property in Russia and outside Russia;
- Control for forced sale of the mortgaged vessel, relations with bailiffs and vessel.
