Preparing of instructions for employees and crew members
- Preparing of recommendations for structure of taking the decisions having legal and commercial consequences on the basis of the analysis of specific nature of the ship-ping company’s activity;
- Preparing of exact instructions for captains, mates, ship operators, managers, agents of the shipowner on the use of one or other commercial documents as well as inform-ing of legal consequences of their actions;
- Preparing of instructions on behavior of the shipowner’s employees in emergency situations (arrest of the vessel, collision, other accidents, shortage or damage to cargo on delivery etc.);
- Holding of lectures and seminars for shipping companies’ employees concerning spe-cific practical aspects of the maritime law (for example, “Legal importance of the bill of lading”, “Formalization of collision of vessels”, “Sea protests”, “Amicable settlement of sea disputes”, “Guarantees in the practice of settlement of sea disputes” and many oth-ers).
