Carrying out of legal examination of bills of ladings, voyage charter-parties, time char-ter-parties and bareboat charter-parties, contracts of sea agency service, intermediary, contracts with charter brokers;
Making up of contracts for use of the vessel; choice of contract forms which are the most optimal for the client, their completion and change in the interests of the Client and in view of his requirements; completion and change of the plan of using the fleet, routes of transportation of cargoes, parties to the contract;
Making up and adaptation of contracts of sea management, management of the crew and other contracts documentary regulating the plan of using the fleet for the Client’s requirements;
Carrying out of legal examination and making up of contracts for repair of sea-going vessels in Russia and abroad.
