Now the post-graduate studaent of spiecified Law School of the FEFU on speciality 12.00.03 - Civil law; business law; family law; private international law. A theme of candidate work "Legal problems of protection of Internet site as a subject matter og copyright".
Since 2007 he has been the Inmar Legal Ltd leader of real estate and land relations cases where he designs and makes business plans on investment into real estate and land plots from the point of profitability, liquidity, legal risks optimization, tax consequences, development of the best strategy for title registration and (or) project investment models.
Since 2009 he supervises and develops the section “Intellectual Property” along with working on his master’s dissertation on the named branch of law. Moreover, he organizes seminars, claims/pretrial activities upon violation of the intellectual property rights, legal representation in courts of law and arbitration courts concerning intellectual property disputes; implementation and usage of the innovational techniques, ways of legal protection for intellectual property items on the Internet. 2011 has
perfectly defended the Master's thesis on a problem of legal protection for subject
matter of copyright on the Internet. Master's thesis has been recommended by
the state certifying commission to use in educational process for a teaching
personnel and students.
Since 2004 he has been publishing his works in specialized judicial and other types of journals on various legal issues (“Legal Nature of Domain Names”, “In Order Not to Be One of the Deceived Interestholders…”, “Civil Responsibility of Internet Providers for Violation of Copyright and Allied Rights in Terms of Intellectual Property Legislation Development”, “Mortgage Feasibility”, more than 30 publications in total); also he shot a historical documentary on Vladivostok distinguished men (“Your Hands Brought Russia Here” (Trudami Vashimi Zdes Rossiya), takes part in international, All-Russian, regional and local scientific conferences. “round tables”, forums.
