Evgeniy Gaponenko, Partner.In 2006 he started working in the Inmar Legal Ltd as a lawyer specializing in maritime law. At the moment he is a vice-president and partner of the Company.
Major part of his professional activity is legal service provided for shipping business of the Inmar Legal Ltd clients in such spheres as sea transportation of cargoes, support and renewal of flag documents, registration of sea vessels and titles for them in the major world registers of ships, complex dealing with customs, tax, administrative and labour issues related to navigation.
He has a successful practical experience in organizing the insurance process concerning ships and navigation risks, legal support of events insured, ensuring performance of obligations including implementation of secured order measures in case of ships, cargoes and other property arrest in different jurisdictions.
Special part of his activity is legal support of investment projects on purchase, sale and registration of vessels under selected flag as well as on ship mortgage.
At the moment he is permanently residing and representing the Law Company Inmar Legal Ltd interests in Cyprus.
